This policy explains how Allen Christopher Software LLC ("we", "us") handles information on this website, allenchristopher.com. We are a New York limited liability company that makes software for event photography, including AirCastPro.
Our products may have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our web server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use Google Tag Manager, which can load Google Analytics, to see how the site is used. These tools may set cookies.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. It collects device and usage information to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
How we use it
- To answer your message and provide the support or information you asked for.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to understand how it is used.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run this site for us (our web host, Google for analytics and spam protection, and our email provider), and only to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messaging
We do not send marketing text messages. A phone number you give us on this website is used only to reply to you.
Where our software sends a text message at an event, it goes only to a person who asked for it there, one message for each request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with the service providers that deliver messages for us is used only to deliver them.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of our support, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing software@allenchristopher.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
