I can't activate PrintRipper:
"Registration Credentials are not valid" Error.
Make sure you are entering your registration information exactly as it was sent to you. Capitalization and format makes a difference!
Activation Window Hangs after registration info is entered.
PrintRipper is trying to connect to the activation server, but is not receiving an answer from the activation server. This could be caused by a firewall on your machine or network. Talk to your network administrator and make sure Port 3306 is not blocked.

My watermark is distorted. What's the deal?
Your watermark image must match your print output size. Consult the PrintRipper User Guide for detailed information.

I have a white margin around my print but I want a full bleed.
Be sure your printer can print full bleed prints. If not, the default printer margin will show.
Be sure your output size is set to match your page size in printer setup.
In certain cases, changing orientation in the printer setup dialog box will solve this problem.

My desired output size is not listed. Is there an option for custom sizes?
Yes. You can create any output size you wish. Open your Process Setup Window (or create a new process). You'll find an option to edit output sizes in your Output size pop menu.

I am getting a NilObject Exception Error. How do I correct this?
NilObject Exceptions are mostly caused by a file which PrintRipper assumes to be in a certain location is not present or when PrintRipper cannot access a file due to permissions. In Either case, this can cause a major headache in a production environment.
Process Folder Cleanup
1. First step is to check your Process folders (hot folders). Clear any photos that may be in your process folder. Sub-folders created by PrintRipper do not have to be removed.
2. Launch PrintRipper. If PrintRipper seems stable, drop your photos, one at a time, back into PrintRipper.
If PrintRipper reports a NilObject Exception after cleaning out your process folders, proceed to the next section.
Preferences Cleanup
1.Run the PrintRipper Reset Tool (For windows, it will be in the PrintRipper Application folder in your Start Menu) (For Macintosh, it will be located in your Applications/PrintRipper Folder)
2. Launch PrintRipper. You will have to activate the application again, so have your registration info handy.
