We've just posted SplashCase Beta v0.7.5 for Windows and Macintosh. A handful of changes have been made and include:

GDI+ added for anti-aliased text (Windows).
Fixed crash on secondary slideshow when photos are added/deleted.
Fixed crash when a folder is selected for your slideshow, then reselected, then canceled.
Fixed a bug keeping slideshows from updating with the latest images (Windows)
Preference Window options have been rearranged, streamlined.

Also, we've gotten some feedback suggesting that we split SplashCase into two versions-

One version to contain the slideshow features and options.
Another version to contain slideshow features and options as well as PrintRipper integration, barcode and RFID sorting, and selectable/sortable photos (customer-driven).

Any feedback on this is welcome!

just downloaded but it says it has expired 0.7.5, so it won't open. Mac version on 10.6.4

base version should still have printripper integration even if just export to hot folder.
next level would be for high volume users with all the barcodes etc.

if you must time limit the demo (i can understand why) perhaps mention that somewhere

My apologies- it seems that this thread has been orphaned. I should get my notifications (again).

Let me ask- what kind of PrintRipper integration would you like to see in SplashCase? I ask because most are looking for a form of Point-of-Sale: Select photos, review photos, pay, and then print. To do this in a fashion that is usable for most isn't as straight-forward, though. We're still absorbing feedback, so give us your wish list!

Also, SplashCase 0.8.3 is available (see below for links). A lot of clean-up has been done in this release. We are aware of a little funkiness going on when applying a generous amount of shrink to a larger grid of photos and will resolve this issue in the next release.
