I can't launch Print Ripper it says this

Hi David-

Something has changed: perhaps a folder was moved, a file was corrupt going in, etc.

If you're unsure what may have changed, try removing your PrintRipper Settings file in your Home folder: ~/Library/Preferences/PrintRipper Prefs/PrintRipper Settings.db
Remove this file from your PrintRipper Prefs folder and relaunch PrintRipper.

Hi I was looking for a pref folder but did not see one and I just sent an email as now I cannot use the serial number to validate the software.

You must be precise with your entry- Capitalization and punctuation matter.
A common issue is leaving leading or trailing spaces when entering your name or email address.

Please try again; I was able to register with your credentials without issue.
