General Tab
All necessary settings to process your photos reside in the General tab:
• Process Folder: You must select a folder for PrintRipper to scan and run a process.
• Printer: Select a printer to output. NOTE: Even if you choose to save your processed folders to your computer, you MUST select a printer.
• Move Images to Archive Folder: This allows you to save your original photos to an archive folder that will reside in your process folder.
• Print Images: Tells the process to output to a printer of your choice.
•Print Interrupt: Allows you to manually approve or reject a photo before it is processed.
• Save Composites: Tells the process to save your output as a high-resolution JPG. Composites are saved into a Composites folder, located in your process folder.
Borders
You can load your own PNG files with transparency to add custom borders to your photos. PrintRipper™ is EXIF-orientation aware, meaning that it will apply the proper border for you, be it landscape or portrait.
• Enable Print Borders: Tells process to add a border to your photo.
• Landscape: Loads your select landscape border.
• Portrait: Loads your select portrait border.
Framing settings
You can reduce the size and leave an unprinted border around your photos. Reduction is registered by percentage and in inches
You can also enable "Even borders on all edges" to keep a uniform space between the paper edge and your photo. Applying Framing to your process only effects your photos; it does not effect borders, watermarks, or chroma backgrounds. |
