PrintRipper™ Quick-Start

It takes just a minute to get PrintRipper™ up and running. Time’s-a-wastin’, let’s get started!

Activate PrintRipper™
If you haven’t activated PrintRipper™, the first window you’ll see is the Activation Window.

If you purchased a license, your activation will have been sent via email. Be sure to enter the activation information EXACTLY AS IT IS SHOWN IN YOUR EMAIL, otherwise you will receive an Invalid Serial Number message. Enter your information and click the Validate button.

If you need to buy a license, clicking the Purchase button will take your browser to the PrintRipper™ purchase page.

If you wish to use PrintRipper™ in demonstration mode, click the Cancel button. PrintRipper’s features are fully functional in demo mode; a watermark will be placed on all output until PrintRipper™ is activated.

PrintRipper’s Main window gives you an at-a-glance view of all of PrintRipper’s processes. To create a new process, click the plus (+) button in the lower left of the Main window. This will bring up the Setup Process window.

There are a few items that must be set in order for PrintRipper™ to process photos.

Create a Process Folder (hot folder/drop folder): A process folder is where you will place your photos for PrintRipper™ to process them. If you choose to archive your original photos or save your output to image files, they will also be neatly stored in your selected process folder.

Choose a Printer: Even if you do not intend to print your output, you must choose a printer.

Choose an Output Size: This is the size of your output. If printing, this should be the same as your paper size.

Choose Save Composites: Only necessary if you wish to save image files to disk.

You can now click OK to proceed to the Page Setup Dialog.
